Having been a part of and currently involved in several business interests as well as upper management roles, I also serve on the leadership board for Pinnacle Realty Group. As for my real estate activity, although I have completed all types of transactions over the years from commercial to investment, my primary focus and expertise is in residential sales working with buyers and sellers. A lifelong resident of Wichita Kansas, familiarity to this great city and its surrounding towns combined with my 20+ years of experience, solidly positions me to provide great service and benefit to my clients. I pride myself in being able to serve my clients in a very professional manner offering thorough consultative advice, direction, and even the ability to educate them during the entire real estate transaction. One of the main keys to my success is my “client first” approach and having a belief in working for the relationship, not the commission. The other important key is solid and timely communication with my clients. It is also my belief that the client/Realtor relationship is more of a partnership working together resulting in a mutually beneficial and successful outcome. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our daughter attending WSU basketball games or just going out to a nice long dinner. Everyone will tell you my weakness is hunting for and collecting antique cars. I always say, “you can never have too many toys”.
